Stage 1 of the SylWrap Pipe Refurbishment System
Leak sealant products repair holes and cracks in burst and leaking pipes with pressure on or off as the first stage of the SylWrap Pipe Refurbishment System.
Repairs are effective on pipes of all diameters made from steel, copper, plastics, malleable iron, GRP, ceramic, clay, concrete, rubber, and lead. Maximum pressure resistance is 30 bar and maximum temperature resistance up to 280ºC.
Where pressure cannot be turned off, Wrap & Seal Pipe Burst Tape seals live leaks by amalgamating to form a solid rubber band around pipework. The band exerts elastic force directly over a leak to contain pipe content.
SylPad Pressure Resistance Multiplier increases the pressure resistance of Wrap & Seal when repairing pipes in excess of 150mm diameter. It enables faster repairs requiring less tape.
When flow can be isolated, Superfast Epoxy Putty fills holes and cracks in offline pipes. Specific formulations are manufactured for different substrates and conditions, including underwater and high temperature. Most Superfast Sticks have a work time of five minutes or less for rapid repair.
Sylmasta AB Original Epoxy Putty has an extended two-hour work time. It offers users longer to handle and apply the putty without fear it will cure off before full application is completed. This makes it a more suitable leak sealant in larger, complex pipe repairs.
CrackSeal Cast Iron Pipe Sealant is a specialist sealant for repairing cracks and splits in low-pressure cast iron, steel and concrete pipes. It extrudes directly into areas of damage using a standard sealant application gun, where it will form a waterproof material.
Wrap & Seal, Superfast Steel, Superfast Aqua PW and Superfast Copper all have WRAS approval, meaning they are certified to British standards as safe for use with drinking water.

Wrap & Seal Pipe Burst Tape
Wrap & Seal is a WRAS approved waterproof pipe repair tape for sealing live leaks. It stretches by 300% as it is wrapped around a pipe, amalgamating to itself to form a solid rubber band which exerts elastic force over a leak to contain pipe content.

SylPad Pressure Resistance Multiplier
SylPad increases the pressure resistance of Wrap & Seal for live leak repairs of holes up to 20mm on pipework in excess of 150mm. It better concentrates the elastic force of Wrap & Seal directly over the leak. This means repairs are quicker and require less tape.

Superfast Steel Epoxy Putty Stick
Superfast Steel is a WRAS approved, steel-filled epoxy putty in an easy-to-use, pre-formatted 114g stick. It has a quick work time for sealing smaller holes and cracks in industrial pipework when pressure can be turned off.

Superfast Aqua Potable Water Epoxy Putty Stick
Superfast Aqua Potable Water is a WRAS approved epoxy putty in an easy-to-use, pre-formatted 114g stick. It has a fast work time and a specialist formulation enabling very high wet surface adhesion for sealing leaks and cracks in underwater pipework.

Superfast Titanium Epoxy Putty Stick
Superfast Titanium is an epoxy putty specifically formulated for sealing leaks and cracks on high temperature pipework. It offers resistance up to 280ºC and is most commonly used on steam pipes and tanks. It comes in an easy-to-use, pre-formatted 114g stick.

Superfast Copper Epoxy Putty Stick
Superfast Copper is a WRAS approved, copper-filled epoxy putty in an easy-to-use, pre-formatted 114g stick. It has a quick work time for sealing holes and cracks in domestic pipework and smaller industrial non-ferrous pipes when pressure can be turned off.

Superfast Plastic Epoxy Putty Stick
Superfast Plastic is a semi-flexible epoxy putty in an easy-to-use, pre-formatted 114g stick. It seals cracks, holes and leaking joints where pressure can be turned off in domestic and industrial plastic pipework. It is effective on PVC and ABS and other types of plastic.

Sylmasta AB Original Epoxy Putty
AB Original is a ceramic filled, super-strength putty with a two-hour work time. This allows more putty to be mixed and applied when sealing larger cracks. It has high chemical resistance, bonds underwater and is available in stick and two-part formats.

Sylmasta AB Rapid 5 Minute Epoxy Putty
Sylmasta AB Rapid is a fast-working, two-part epoxy putty. It combines the quick work time of Superfast Epoxy Putty with the two-part format of AB Original, enabling repairs to be made in 5 minutes to larger cracks on pipes of all materials.

CrackSeal Cast Iron Pipe Sealant
CrackSeal is a sealant supplied in a 310ml cartridge, applied using a standard sealant applicator gun. It is extruded directly into cracks and splits in low-pressure cast iron pipework like drain, waste and soil pipes, where it will harden almost instantly to fill the damage.
